CLUB HOUSE RULES & REGULATIONS

To maintain discipline, safety, privacy, and a friendly atmosphere at the Trivandrum Jeepers Club House, all members are requested to strictly adhere to the following rules:

1. Membership & Access

  • The Club House is exclusively for TJC members and their accompanied guests.
  • Guests must be introduced and supervised by the hosting member at all times.
  • Children must be under adult supervision.

2. Timings

  • Club House operating hours: 11:30 AM to 10:30 PM.
  • Members must vacate the premises by closing time unless prior permission is obtained.

3.  Conduct,Discipline & Privacy

  • Members must maintain mutual respect, decent behavior, and responsible conduct.
  • Arguments, abusive language, fighting, or any form of misconduct will not be tolerated.
  • Unauthorised audio recording, video recording, photography within the Club House premises and dissemination of such content is strictly prohibited. Such acts may constitute infringement of privacy, misuse of personal data, defamation, harassment, or actions that may harm the reputation of the Club or its members. Any violation shall invite disciplinary action by the Executive Committee, including suspension of Club House privileges, imposition of penalties, and initiation of proceedings under applicable laws.
  • Gambling, illegal activities, or misuse of the premises is strictly prohibited.
    Club House Dress Code
  • Members and guests must be neatly dressed at all times.
    Lungis, nightwear, sleeveless vests and torn or inappropriate attire are not permitted.
    Management reserves the right to deny entry.

4. Food & Beverages

  • ood and beverages may be consumed only in designated areas.
  • Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the Club House.
  • Members shall behave responsibly and ensure that no nuisance or inconvenience is caused.

5. Cleanliness & Property Care

  • Members are responsible for keeping the Club House clean at all times.
  • Any damage to club property, furniture, or equipment shall be recovered from the responsible member.

6. Music & Noise Control

  • Music systems may be used at moderate volume only.
  • Loud music, late-night noise, or disturbance to nearby residents is strictly prohibited.

7. Safety & Security

  • Fire safety rules must be followed at all times.
  • Entrances, exits, and emergency pathways must not be blocked.
  • Lights, fans, air conditioners, and all electrical equipment must be switched off after use.

8. Kitchen Access

  • Kitchen entry is strictly restricted to authorised personnel only.
  • Office bearers assigned for inspection are permitted entry for official purposes.
  • Members and guests are not allowed inside the kitchen area under any circumstances.

9. Club House Smoking Regulation

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all enclosed areas of the Club House.
  • Smoking is permitted only in the designated smoking area.
  • Members and guests must ensure no inconvenience to others and proper disposal of cigarette waste.

10. Responsibility for Guests

  • Members are fully responsible for the actions and behavior of their guests.
  • Any violation by guests will be treated as a violation by the member.

11. Parking

  • Vehicles must be parked only in designated areas without obstructing access.
  • Rash driving, revving, or unnecessary honking within the premises is strictly prohibited.

12. Parking

  • All bills raised by the Club House shall be cleared within 24 hours of issuance.
  • In case of any discrepancy or doubt regarding billing, the member must immediately clarify the matter with the Executive Committee or concerned office bearers.
  • Delay or non-payment without valid clarification may attract disciplinary action.

13. Prohibited Items & Restrictions

  • Weapons, illegal substances, or hazardous materials are strictly prohibited inside the Club House.
  • Pets are not allowed inside the Club House.

14. Guest Room facility

  • We are pleased to inform you that the airconditioned Guest Room facility at the Club House is available for use with immediate effect.
    Tariff Details:
    • For Members: ₹1,000 per 24 hours
    • For Member’s Guests: ₹1,500 per 24 hours
    Check-in & Check-out:
    •The stay will be calculated on a 24-hour basis from the time of check-in.
                Members are requested to make prior bookings through the Club House Office , subject to availability, and adhere to the prescribed rules and regulations during the stay.

15. Violations & Penalties

  • Violation of these rules may result in:
    •Verbal or written warning
    •Monetary fine
    •Temporary suspension of Club House privileges
           • Permanent Termination of Club Membership in case of continued non- compliance 
     
    Repeated or serious violations may invite disciplinary action by the TJC Executive Committee.

16. Committee Authority

  • The TJC Executive Committee reserves the right to:
    •Amend these rules when required
    •Temporarily close the Club House for maintenance or events
    •Take necessary action in the interest of the Club
